About Simri Farfan
Simri is a freelance photographer and illustrator based in San Antonio, Texas. A resident of Texas, Simri has been involved in the creative world since the day he could pick up a pencil and draw. Simri is a graduate from Boise State University with a Bachelor's in Fine Arts, emphasizing graphic design. His studies also included various studios classes in printmaking, sculpture, drawing, Illustration, life drawing, photography, and art history, along with digital workshops in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Simri graduated in 2006 and soon began working at a newspaper syndicate in Boise, ID, from 2006 to 2008. After completing his residency, Simri enlisted with United States Army in 2009 and served more than 11 years of service before his honorable discharge from the service. Finally, when Simri's military retirement set about, he decided to return to the arts in photography and illustrations.
